This release improves how grading follows your presets and handles challenging lot layouts, with more control before grading and in Civil 3D.

Closer alignment with grading presets

Stem-wall use now respects your preset’s enabled wall options, and side and rear setback checks cover more of the building envelope. Configured front-setback slope limits are now used, while rear grading makes better use of permitted slopes to ease overly steep drops.

Better grading between two streets

For lot sets where every lot has a street at both ends, grading now references the higher street and can fall toward the lower one without forcing a central crown.

More precise setback and pond-edge geometry

Rounding a street-corner setback no longer rounds unrelated rear corners or cuts back their building envelope. Pond-adjacent grading now accounts for the pond rim when setting rear lot-edge elevations.

More control in Civil 3D

You can cancel CAD exports and 2D or 3D checks. Supported hosts now default to browser sign-in, with password sign-in still available.

Preview and adjust grading

Assigning a preset now shows approximate setback envelopes before grading; the final calculation replaces them. In manual editing, you can move points along their lines and adjust individual elevations, with warnings for out-of-range slopes.
