Jobs
Most of your work happens in the Civil 3D plugin. The web app is where you watch a submitted grading job progress and open the result once it is ready.
Sign in at the drtwrk web app with your email and password.
Track a grading job
Open Jobs to see every grading job your company has submitted, newest first. Status updates on its own — you do not need to refresh the page.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted and waiting in the queue |
| Running | The grading engine is working on it |
| Completed | Results are ready to open |
| Failed | Grading did not finish — open the job for the reason |
Jobs usually complete in a few minutes. If one is still Pending or Running well beyond that, see Common Issues.
Open the results
Select a Completed job to open it in the grading view, where you can inspect the graded surface, adjust individual elevations, and export back to Civil 3D. See Grading.
Notifications
The bell icon in the top-right shows in-app notifications for job completions and failures, team invitations, and preset changes made by your administrator.
Presets
Presets lists the lot and zone presets available to you, and is where administrators create and edit them. See Presets.
Account and company settings
Account holds your own name, email, and password — see Account Setup.
Company administrators also see User Management, Company Management, and Subscriptions for inviting teammates, setting roles, and managing billing. Contact your company administrator if you need a change there.
